Hi dear-small-amount-of-people-who-actually-take-time-to-read-my-blog,
So, yesterday I posted a little something in portuguese, I'm not sure if y'all already know it or not but I'm Portuguese, so I might make some posts in portuguese sometimes, it all depends on what I feel!
That post was about God's timing and learning from it, I hope it made sense at least to some of you!
I also want to apologize for not being so active in here as I'd like to, but I'll try to keep this up to date, it's been more complicated because my computer broke and I'm currently only relying on my phone to post here and, as you might know, it's not the same!
Although I still want to keep writing here my thoughts, and I didn't forget about that Vine related post I so promised you a while ago!
Now about my daily stuff, I'm currently reading the 5th book in the Psalms which starts on Psalm 107 all the way to 150.
Honestly I've been wanting to read the Psalms in a loooooong time, and I'm finally finishing it and I'm loving every single bit, this book of the Bible is truly inspiring and shows us the love the Lord had for all of those generations(which preserveres), so much that they had to write beautiful, songs and poems about/for Him, about His majesty!
One of my favorite verses is:
"For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his love for those who fear him;
as far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions from us." Ps 103:11-12
I think it's beautiful the way it describes how much the Lord loves us with that first example. God's love for us is tremendously great.
And it also explains how far away the Lord has thrown all of our transgressions: "as far as the east is from the west", pretty far huh?
All of this to remind us that once the Lord forgives it is forgiven, there is no taking it back, because our God is just like that! He keeps His word and His promises, even if we don't...
All in all we have an awesome God, that we can completely rely on.
Stay blessed folks
-Anna
