This week I had sort of an argument with an atheist guy and it made me think, and think and think. Mostly because I wish I could help those people turn to God and see that He is real and He loves them... But I normally fail at opening their eyes because they have their minds made up and most of the times they don't even have arguments they just keep stating the same "God is not real" or "God is an imaginary friend" the problem is they can't even form a coherent argument so they'll skip that part and start offending you, which is dumb and wrong.

Most of the times they say God isn't real because there isn't a proof that He exists, so they choose to just not believe in Him at all... I respect this point of view, because some people live only by sight, they only believe in facts and to be frank it is acceptable because life is a complete mistery and it's easier to believe in facts and somewhat proven theories of how the world came to be, than to believe that Someone that we can't see decided to one day create all of this and decided to put so much effort in all of His creation.

Although I choose to live by faith and I say and know He is real because I felt Him loads of times, but most people don't comprehend how does feeling God can make Him real.

And for those I have a question:  

How do you know "Love" is real?

After all you can't see Love, nor smell it, taste it, hear it or touch it, right?

Although you can feel it! And so if that's not enough of a proof, then, Love doesn't exist!

In my opinion some things cannot be seen, because if we saw the dimension of them we'd be in awe. And actually I think we've already seen a portion of both, God and Love, when Jesus died on that cross for all of us, and there are no words to describe such thing.... How would you describe something so altruist. Yes, cause He didn't die for some of us, He died for EVERYONE.

He died for Love.

So tell me... there isn't proof that God exists, but how is there proof that Love exists?

We can only prove them once we open up our hearts to them.

You want to see if Love is real? Then you have to be open and able to receive it, to experience it.

And God is just like that, if you want a proof of Him you have to open up your heart to Him and ask Him to come into your life and completely takeover.

It's that easy.
